Terms of Service

1. Scope

Always Tee'd is a personal-use application that helps a golf club member store club-login credentials, retrieve tee-time availability and upcoming member reservation rows from the club website, and optionally submit booking or registration actions on the member's behalf.

The Service is not the golf club, is not the club website provider, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by either of them.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You may use the Service only if:

You are authorized to use the club account whose credentials you provide.
You have authority to let the Service log in and act for that account.
Your use of the Service complies with applicable law, club rules, membership obligations, and any terms that govern the club website.

3. Third-Party Website Access

By using the Service, you instruct Always Tee'd to:

Store your club member number and club password in encrypted form.
Log in to the club website using those credentials.
Retrieve tee-time availability, calendar/event data, and upcoming reservation rows displayed to your account, including reservation type, title, location, date, time or duration, status, and member or family reservation section labels.
Submit tee-time booking, tee-time change, cancellation, add-player, and event-registration requests when you ask or schedule the Service to do so.

You remain solely responsible for ensuring that automated access and booking activity are permitted for your club account.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

Access an account or data you are not authorized to access.
Circumvent technical restrictions, rate limits, captchas, or other access controls.
Interfere with the club website or degrade its availability.
Misrepresent your identity, membership status, or booking authority.
Use the Service for unlawful scraping, fraud, abuse, or any other illegal purpose.

5. No Guarantee of Availability or Booking Success

The Service depends on third-party systems, including the club website and related infrastructure. We do not guarantee:

Continuous availability of the Service.
That tee-time, event, or reservation information is complete, current, or error-free.
That a requested tee time will remain available.
That a booking, cancellation, change, add-player, or registration request will succeed or be accepted by the club website.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

The accuracy of the credentials and player information you provide.
Reviewing your club's rules, member handbook, and website terms before using automation.
All actions taken through your account.
Promptly updating or removing stored credentials if you lose authorization to use the club account.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe your use creates legal, security, operational, or contractual risk, including risk arising from third-party objections to automated access.

8. Disclaimer

Always Tee'd is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Always Tee'd and its operators are not liable for:

Lost or missed tee times.
Rejected or duplicated booking, cancellation, change, add-player, or registration requests.
Account restrictions, suspensions, or disputes with your club or website provider.
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
